Norval & Co Incorporated was formed in October 1992 by Tony Norval. He completed his articles in Pretoria, before moving to Kroonstad in 1972 where he joined a local firm as a senior clerk. Tony qualified as a Chartered accountant in 1975.

In 1992 Tony decided to open his own practice, and on 1 October 1992 – Norval & Company commenced business.

Wayne Norval - son of Tony - joined the firm in 2007 as an article clerk, completed his articles at the firm, and qualified as a Chartered accountant in 2014, becoming a co-partner of Norval & Company Inc. in 2015.

In 2019, Mr Tony Norval retired, meaning the current Partner of the firm Norval & Co Incorporated is Wayne Norval.

Norval & Company Incorporated is a Christian firm, made up of 16 staff members.

We are a close-knit family who strive to ethically assist our clients as best possible in the areas of Taxation & Tax Planning, Accounting, Independent Reviews & Auditing, as well as other financial services.

We perform the above services for individuals, companies & close corporations, as well as trusts and other non-profit organisations. We are based in Kroonstad in the Free State, but with the use of our cloud accounting applications we are able to assist members throughout the entire country.
