Practice OVERVIEW​

Established in 1965 as Lloyd, Steyn & Co the firm evolved over the years and changed its name, after a brief stint with Wiehahn Meyer Nel, to the current Lloyd Viljoen.

Lloyd Viljoen has been committed to providing value added services to all our clients by utilising the experience of all our accounting, audit, tax and business specialists and professionals. By devoting our time and efforts towards offering valuable and cost-effective services, such as statutory requirements, and business advice to individuals and businesses, Lloyd Viljoen has become a leader in the field of auditing, accounting and related services.

Over the years the firm expanded its reach to include four offices, which operate totally independently of each other, in order to better serve our clients. Our offices are based in Randburg, Krugersdorp, Pretoria and Rustenburg.

LLOYD VILJOEN - RANDBURG NORTH

Lloyd Viljoen North offers a one stop shop for the individual and small to medium sized enterprise catering for all its accounting, compliance and tax needs on a personal level.

The firm is situate in the Randburg CBD, which is centrally located to service our clients in the various industries and locations.

Currently the firm has two partners who qualified as CA’s (SA) after completing their learnerships at Lloyd Viljoen and are members of The South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA). They are also Registered Auditors with the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors (IRBA) to perform the attest function, registered tax practitioners with The South African Revenue Services (SARS) and members of the South African Institute of Tax Practitioners (SAIT).

LLOYD VILJOEN - RANDBURG SOUTH

Situated in the centre of South Africa’s business hub, our Randburg South offices are based in the Randpark Building, Dover Street. This office is held by three partners, of which one is situated at the Lloyd Viljoen Rustenburg office.

Our partners are registered members of the South African Institute of Tax Practitioners (SAIT), South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA), Independent Regulatory Body of Auditors (IRBA) and registered tax practitioners with the South African Revenue Service (SARS).

Both partners managing the Randburg South office hold CA qualifications and the rest of the staff comprises a dedicated tax administrator, a dedicated statutory secretary, as well as a team of trained accountants.

We are a small firm of Chartered Accountants and Registered Auditors that provide professional services to small owner-managed businesses, SME’s, private individuals and government institutions.  Our main business is the provision of audit services, accounting work, company secretarial services, tax administration and advice.

 The firm has two partners supported by a professional team.

 We are a training office for SAICA and SAIPA learners.

This office is held by three partners, of which two are situated at the Lloyd Viljoen Randburg South office.
