The practise was formed in March 2018 by Sandra Bosch who is the current partner. She completed her articles in 2001 with the then Ernst & Young and has 16 years post article experience in the profession.

She spent some time in the Public Sector environment as Chief Financial Officer in the Free State Department of Social Development after which she became the Regional Manager for Altimax in the Free State. Thereafter she became a Partner at Nolands for 7 years specialising in Audit, Accounting and Tax services for small and medium sized clients.

Her vision is to work closely with clients and providing them with high quality service at a professional yet personal level.

Her aim is to not only assist clients with compliance based services but to help them grow financially stable businesses in a technological fast changing environment and ever changing economy.
