The firm was established in March 1999 as a sole proprietor by T J Stokes and was converted into an incorporated company with two directors on the 1st of March 2009.

The managing partner is C J Stokes, that is a registered auditor at the Independent Regulatory Body for Auditors and a Chartered Accountant registered at the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).

The director is a registered member of the Institute of Directors, the South African Institute of Tax Practitioners and we are also represented on various committees of SAICA.
